Sparky by Keith Fearon. Two times PFA Player of the Year, Mark Hughes has become a footballing legend at both Man Utd and Chelsea. His competitive style and trademark spectacular goals have brought him a record four FA Cup winners medals as well as championship medals with Man Utd. His finest hour was perhaps his strong performance and classic strike against Spanish giants Barcelona in the Cup Winners Cup final of1991. Mark's services to football were recognised in the 1998 new years honours list in which he was awarded the MBE. |
