1899 - 1902 : Boer War, at relief of Kimberley, Paardeburg.
1914 - 1918 : First World war, at Mons, retreat from Mons, Marne, Aisne, Messines, Ypres, Arras, Cambrai, Somme 1918, Sambre.
1939 - 1945 : Second World war, Dyle, Dunkirk, 1940, and between 1941 to 1943, in North Africa at Chor es Sufan, Gazala, El Alamein, Tunis, and in Italy 1944 - 1945, at Bologna.
