Jim Clark by Ivan Berryman. The No.5 Lotus of Jim Clark battles for the early lead of the 1967 British Grand Prix at Silverstone with the No.8 Ferrari of New Zealander Chris Amon. Jim Clarke went on to win this race, with Chris Amon finishing in third place behind fellow New Zealander Denny Hulme. Hulme can be seen in the No.2 Brabham car behind the No.3 BRM of Jackie Stewart, which was forced to retire less than half way through the race.

Towards Victory by Robert Tomlin Damon Hill at the height of his career driving the Williams Renault FW18, gave on of his finest performances at the 1996 San Marino Grand Prix at Imola. Starting second on the grid he shot off the line to go side by side with pole sitter Michael Schumacher. Their dreams were temporarily shattered when David Coulthard flew by in the Maclaren after making an incredible start. The race developed into a three car scrap with Hill apparently struggling to stay with the leaders. What everyone didn't know however was the strategy of the Williams which meant that Hill was able to stay out for an amazing 26 laps and after he pitted he managed to come out in front of Schumacher and Coulthard. By lap 39 the Williams and Ferrari pair were only 1.5 seconds apart. Further stops and some controversial hold ups by the battle between by Diniz and Hakkinen allowed Hill to extend his lead, eventually winning the race by a comfortable 16 seconds. This was to be Hills year and he went on to win the 1996 Formula One World Drivers Championship.

Ronnie Peterson - The Final Victory by Ivan Berryman. The Austrian Grand Prix at the Österreichring in 1978 was conducted under heavy skies that threatened rain at some point during the race. Having qualified on pole, the Swede Ronnie Peterson made a textbook start in his Lotus Cosworth 79, but his team mate, Mario Andretti, did not get away so well and it was Carlos Reutemann's Ferrari that assumed second place on the run up the steep hill from the start. The cold conditions meant that grip was poor and several cars found themselves in the barrier before the race was finally stopped, due to a torrential downpour. At the restart, Peterson again assumed a dominant lead, claiming his last victory ahead of Patrick Depailler's Tyrrell Cosworth and Gilles Villeneuve's Ferrari. Just one month later at the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, the great Ronnie Peterson was involved in an horrific crash at the race start that left him with terrible injuries from which he later died.
