Whirlwind by Michael Rondot. In a typical scene that many will remember from the 1950s and 60s, a Royal Navy Westland Whirlwind flies a low patrol along the shoreline. The Whirlwind is depicted over Eccles on Sea, Norfolk. It is a typical peaceful summers day and the crew have time to sit and wave at the holidaymakers below. |
